Return Policy

At AmpGo we want a simple and fair return process. On this page you can read how the return of goods takes place and what you must do before sending an item back.

1. Contact AmpGo before returning

You must always have been in contact with AmpGo by email before sending an item back. This enables us to register the case correctly and ensure that the item is sent to the correct return handling.

2. Right of withdrawal for private customers

If you shop as a private consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.

To make use of the right of withdrawal, you must contact AmpGo within the deadline and then return the item as agreed with us.

3. Condition of the item upon return

When returning, the item must be unused and in substantially the same condition as when received. The item must be returned properly packaged so that it is not damaged during transport.

If the item has been used, damaged or returned in a condition beyond normal testing, this may affect the value of the refund you receive.

4. Return shipping

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer himself pays the return freight in case of ordinary cancellation or return.

If the item is defective, damaged on delivery or wrongly delivered, we will find a solution together, and AmpGo will in such cases cover the relevant costs as agreed.

5. Refund

Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the relevant amount to the same means of payment that was used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are made as soon as possible after receipt and processing of the return.

6. Defective or wrongly delivered goods

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact AmpGo as soon as possible. We then assess whether the item should be exchanged, repaired or refunded.
